I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, close to The Big C grocery store and plenty of dining options, which I loved. My room was spacious and had some nice amenities, but the service left a lot to be desired. There was a misunderstanding with my reservation, and the staff could have been more accommodating at check-in. Overall, it's decent but has its flaws.
